What drives us

Here at Timmerman we are fast, extremely flexible and driven by our customers’ requirements.

Timmermans’ individuality and perseverance, as well as our adaptability, are all reflected in our ‘flow’. We are tenacious, persistent and adaptable – just like water, we always find a way through.  From the counterflows in heat exchangers to the water flowing through pipes and tanks as part of a larger assembly, literally everything we do is about maintaining the flow.

Sometimes three words are enough.

What drives us shapes the way we operate and the values we aspire to.

01

We specialise in manufacturing, installing and maintaining both air-cooled and shell & tube heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, pipelines (piping & skids) and tanks (reactor tanks, storage tanks, expansion vessels, pressurised tanks, condensation traps and reactor vessels) for a diverse and extensive range of industrial applications.

We always start by talking to you to establish your specific needs, the requirements for the installation and the environment it will need to operate in. No two customers or projects are the same, so we use the preliminary phase of the project to go through the details and give you our input and expertise. We work with you to come up with a customised solution before we even get to the quotation stage.

We only begin the design and/or production of your heat exchanger, piping project or tank construction when we all agree on the concept.

That’s because creating is more than simply producing something;
creating means working together to deliver something that adds value for your business in the long term.

Plan bekijken
Creating is more than simply producing something.

But here at Timmerman, we don’t just specialise in working with materials. Years of experience have taught us that what matters is often bringing the right people together.

That’s because connecting is more than just putting something together;
connecting means forging links between people and resources so that things run smoothly and efficiently.

02

We are known for our top-quality welded joints. Over the years, the company has developed from working with industrial pipelines into manufacturing heat exchangers. Other services include installing and maintaining plate heat exchangers, and the workshop-based or on-site assembly of skids made from steel, stainless steel and alloys for a range of pressurised applications (water, steam, oil and compressed air).
Connecting is more than just putting something together.

We don’t leave with the delivery truck. Once we’ve completed the installation, our maintenance, breakdown, repair and monitoring services will keep your heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger, skid or tank running smoothly.

We aim to make life as easy as possible for our customers, even when the installation of our plate heat exchangers, air-cooled and shell & tube heat exchangers is complete. We work closely with you on the project from start to finish, so we understand how your business operates and we know what you need from us.

Good after-sales service may mean careful maintenance, but we can only provide that if we employ the right people. That’s why we at Timmerman value our staff just as much as our customers – so we also make sure we look after each other.

That’s because caring is more than just maintenance;
caring means looking after relationships as well as installations, to make sure they last in the long term.

Caring is more than just maintenance.

Team

We have more than 75 people in our team, from the engineers who design the heat exchangers to the welders who manufacture them, the technicians who handle assembly and installation, and the pipefitters who put the pipelines together.
